Branding

Zuddl lets you customize the branding for your webinar with a different theme and color choices, and by adding graphic elements like background images and logos. You can also see your settings applied in the webinar preview, for both desktop and mobile versions.

The branding setup is divided into two sections, Theme and Navbar.

Theme

Theme colors are applied across the live webinar.

Apply custom colors

To customize your theme by choosing colors:

1. Choose a Primary Color from the color picker or copy and paste the color hex-code. This color is used for all primary actions and highlight sections.

Add a background image

A background image is applied for the stage in the webinar behind venue elements and panels. You can choose from readily available templates or upload your image here with a recommended size of 4 MB in a JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF file.

Add an Intro Video

An Intro Video is the experience video for the stage and is played for attendees when they enter the stage for the first time.

To add an intro video,

1. Click on Choose Intro Video button

2. You can add intro videos in two ways:

   1. Choose from templates: select from the list of available intro videos.

   2. Upload your own Intro Video: upload your own custom video. The recommended format is an .mp4 file with a maximum size of 6 GB.

3. After you have selected your intro video, click Save.
   

Navbar

The upper navigation bar (Navbar) for the webinar shows the different zones and can be customized for branding:

1. Upload an Webinar Logo, of a maximum size of upto 4 MB in a .png, jpg, gif file. The webinar logo is visible on the left of the Navbar.

2. Select the colors for the Navbar:

   1. Choose a Navbar Color. This is applied to the background of the Navbar.

   2. Choose a Navbar Text Color. The text labels on the Navbar will use this color.

   3. Choose a Selected Tab Color. This is used to highlight the currently selected zone tab.
