Sessions that are recorded during the event can be viewed under the Recordings section. You can choose to filter the recordings based on the stage, session, speakers, or day.
All recordings are automatically published to all speakers and attendees. Each stage recording has the following options:
Upload: upload a video recording from your device. Learn more
Unpublish for all speakers: hides the recording from speakers
Unpublish for all attendees: hides the recording from attendees
Unpublish for all everyone: hides the recording from everyone
Download all: Downloads all stage recordings in MP4 format to your device.
Upload a video
To upload a video:
Go to recordings and click Upload.
Note: You can also find the Upload option from the more options on a particular session card.On the Upload screen on the right, select the Session from the dropdown.
Under the Upload Videos section, click Browse to select a video file from your device or drag and drop on to the designated area.
Note: The video file size must be less than 6gb. In case your file is larger than 6GB you can upload your videos in parts.Click Upload.
During the event
If your event is on a Dry Run, you would not be able to start the recording on stage. To start the recording,
Go to the backstage
Click on End Dry Run button
On the confirmation dialog box, click Yes, End.
Click on the gear icon and toggle off Dry Run.
Click the Yes Disable button on the confirmation dialog box.
This shows the recording toggle (disabled). You can now click the Start Session button and toggle on recording.
Note: You cannot enable/disable recording while the session is live. To disable the recording, click on the End Session and click Yes, Stop Recording.
