Reset Data

Resetting data allows organizers to clear all event chats, polls, and Q&As. This allows the event to be reset for a new session. After resetting data, all this information is stored in reports so organizers can still access it.

To reset the event data:

  1. On the Zuddl dashboard, select your event from the event listing page.

  2. On the event setup page, go to Settings.

  3. In the Reset Data card, click Reset.


Accessing data after a reset

After resetting event data, organizers can still access it in the reports generated in Analytics.

To find the data you need:

  1. Go to Analytics > Report Download.

  2. In the drop-down, choose the data you need.

  3. Click Download Report.
