You can manage your Studio account from the Plans tab. Here you can view the basic details about your payment plan at a glance such as the type of plan, subscription period, the next billing date, and the available licenses in your plan.
View and Change your Plan
To see the plans offered for Studio,
Click View plans.
Here you can view the different Studio subscription plans, their features, and pricing details. To choose a plan, click Upgrade under that plan.
This will take you to the payment portal where you can add more team users as required before making your payment. Click Proceed To Checkout to confirm your choice.
Manage Account
To view your account details or make changes to your subscription, click Manage account.
Here you can edit your current plan details, account information, payment methods, and view the billing history for your account.
Change your Current Plan
To change your current plan:
Click the highlighted card that shows your current plan.
Click Edit Subscription > Change.
Choose the plan you want from the drop-down and select a billing frequency (we currently only support monthly billing for all plans), and click Update.
Click + to add additional team users to your new plan.
Click Apply coupon to enter any discount coupon codes.
Review your new subscription details, and click Update Subscription to confirm.
Cancel your Subscription
To cancel your Studio subscription:
Click the highlighted card that shows your current plan.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Enter the Reason for cancelation in the text box, and click Confirm Cancelation.
Update your Account Information
To update your account information:
Click Account Information to view your account details.
Click the highlighted name card to edit details.
Update your account details - your First Name and Last Name.
Click Update to save your changes.
Manage your Payment Methods
To view and add payment methods:
Click Payment Methods to view your saved cards and add new cards.
To add a new card, enter your Card Number, Expiry date, and CVV in the corresponding input fields and click Add.
If you have more than one card saved, you can assign it as a backup payment method
Review your Billing History
To view the billing history for your Studio account:
Click Billing History.
To download an expense invoice in PDF format, click Download.
