Grant “guest access” to your Studio to speakers by clicking on the share icon beside the Studio name. It is a publicly accessible URL that you can directly share with speakers. Speakers can join backstage by entering their speaker details.
A guest speaker can be added to the stage and chat with other speakers.
Caution: The shareable guest link can be accessed publicly, which means, anyone who enters the Studio via the guest access URL does not need to authenticate using their email. It is highly recommended to share this URL only with people you know.
